Discipline

I have discipline issues. Meaning I cannot discipline according to everyone's standard. Its driving me nuts. So nuts that my kids get away with lots and whenever I say or do something I perceived as the bad one because someone is crying. Does anyone else have this issue and how do you deal with it?
